All rates are decided upon upfront, to the best of my ability, at the initial consultation where all possibilities are explained in full so there are no suprises or hidden charges. All work is priced hourly. If it looks like the site will take longer than initially estimated or there are many changes to the site once it is built, an addendum to the original agreement will need to be negotiated.
