The volcanic land of Hawaii is the newest earth on the planet... growing on the Big Island every day. From the oldest island of Kauai to the youngest island of Hawaii (the Big Isalnd) the whole chain is stunning. If you have ever been there you no doubt have seen how lush green and alive the islands are. I lived there for a while in 1991-92 on Oahu and Kauai.

I experienced life and death on the islands, which helped me become the person I am now... and made me feel more humble than any lesson I could learn in any book. I want to share these stories... stories of gods and Mother Nature and life and death... Click here to read about them.

Below are some of the images I gathered from my time on Oahu, while working as an Arts and Crafts Counselor for YMCA Camp HR Erdman, and just travelling around.
